This is a class for beginners and beyond. The workout changes each week, but focuses on movement and the intensity level can be adjusted to your personal ability.

A class designed around fitness trampolines. With low impact exercises allowing for faster recovery periods, this class will target muscles from top to bottom while burning those calories!
We start this class with a warm-up and 30 minutes of cardio done in 20-10 Tabata timing. We follow that with 20 minutes of muscle sculpting with weights, bands, sandbags and more.
No equipment! High cardio kickboxing moves in a group class setting. Build stamina, improve stability and flexibility.
We work on toning muscles in a group setting with individualized attention to ensure shorter recovery time and more efficient movements.
