Tired of the big-box gym experience? Then you’ll love our smaller class sizes. A standing class will have a maximum of about 17-18 people and our mat classes hold around 12-13 class participants. No drama… no fighting for your place on the floor. Just a great community experience where you can get your movement with credentialed, caring instructors. We hope you will drop in and check out our Zumba classes and fitness dance classes. The first class is always free!

As soon as we met Jacqui, we knew that her welcoming smile and love of dance made her the perfect choice for our Group Fitness Dance programs. In Jacqui’s words:
All through life I participated in dance genres such as ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip hop and ballroom. I grew up wanting to be a licensed family therapist and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. When I graduated, I had a change of heart about becoming a therapist. While I searched for my passion in life I met Esta McIntyre, owner of My Health Studio. I began working at the front desk and quickly fell in love with the Studio. Later, I took a few classes and it was that moment I found my passion. This was the perfect mixture of the love I have for dance and principles of psychology. I knew I wanted to become a fitness instructor. With the support from the Studio I earned my Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I am now teaching group classes and found my new career path.
