Esta gives you positive motivation. You can have fun while exercising but also be accountable, which makes getting healthy a bit easier. My upper arms are heavy and Esta has shown me how light weight training can help!
I love the ‘Just Move 4 Life’ Class. The music is fantastic and there’s no pressure if you can’t do some of the moves. You don’t even realize that you’re exercising. Great for all levels of activity. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a new fitness experience.
